The Director, Total Rewards will design and implement compensation and benefits strategies and programs that align with the company’s goals and competitive practices. This role will assist in the design and execution of a strategy to assist the organization in retaining our workforce in a competitive job market. The Director, Total Reward will work with operational and executive leaders to consistently benchmark and evaluate the market practices, make recommendations, and implement programs within our organization in support of a performance culture. The Director is also responsible for ensuring that company programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
