Regent Surgical Health welcomes Justin Neerhof as Vice President of Business Development. In his new role, Neerhof will leverage his deep multi-specialty surgery center expertise as he works closely with physician groups and hospital systems to merge, acquire, and develop ambulatory surgery centers.

“Justin’s track record of creating mutually beneficial joint venture partnership agreements and his experience recruiting surgeon partners are true assets as we drive toward our growth objectives in 2020,” says Thomas Crossen, Regent Surgical Health Chief Development Officer. “Justin is a strong addition to our team, and we’re pleased to have him on board.”

Prior to joining Regent, Neerhof was the Director of Business Development for Sovereign Healthcare, where he introduced and grew new service lines and led physician recruitment for multi-specialty surgery centers on the West Coast. He gained experience in the surgical setting while serving as a sales territory leader for Stryker Orthopaedics.

“Regent is the standard-bearer in physician/hospital ASC joint ventures,” said Neerhof.  “I’m proud to be in the company of such talented and experienced health care innovators and leaders.”

Neerhof earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Diego and was a First Team All-American (2001) as a member of the Men’s Soccer Team.
