Chief Development Officer

As Chief Development Officer, Thomas Crossen will strengthen Regent’s business strategy and drive growth for Regent’s ambulatory surgery center management portfolio. Crossen’s experience includes more than a decade of healthcare leadership including responsibility for strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and health system partnership strategies. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Development at National Cardiovascular Partners in Houston.

Prior to his experience in the healthcare industry, Crossen served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps for nine years: four years in active duty in Afghanistan and Fallujah, Iraq, and five years in the Marine Corps Reserve. Upon completion of his military service, he earned a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
